Qualifications and Experience:
- Advanced degree in School Psychology and valid certification
- Previous success supporting K-12 students, particularly across multiple school sites
- Familiarity with a range of mild to moderate disabilities and appropriate interventions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience conducting evaluations, assessments, and interpreting data
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive practices and culturally responsive support
Responsibilities:
- Perform psychoeducational evaluations for students, identifying strengths and needs
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families in developing IEPs and supporting student plans
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students individually and in groups
- Offer crisis management and consultation as needed
- Support positive behavioral interventions and evidence-based strategies across learning environments
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives that improve academic and social outcomes
