Qualifications:
- Current Michigan psychologist license
- Background in school psychology with experience working in a K-12 educational environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively support diverse student needs
- Ability to collaborate with educators, administration, and parents

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and student observations to identify needs and recommend interventions
- Develop and support tailored educational and behavioral plans
- Provide direct counseling services and facilitate group or individual interventions as appropriate
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review IEPs and 504 plans
- Offer crisis intervention and consultation as needed
- Serve as a resource for faculty and families on social, emotional, and behavioral strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and school guidelines
