Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active School Psychologist license in Texas is required
- Experience administering assessments and evaluations for elementary-aged students
- Strong understanding of best practices in psychoeducational testing
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, especially when serving multiple campuses
- Effective communication skills to work with educators, administrators, and families
- Professional references will need to be on file prior to assignment placement
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee psychoeducational assessments for students across three elementary campuses
- Provide comprehensive evaluation reports and recommendations
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and special education staff regarding student needs
- Maintain detailed, confidential records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings as needed
- Coordinate your schedule to include one consistent virtual workday per week (choose Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday), with advance communication required for changes
