In this role, you will:
- Provide assessment, evaluation, and re-evaluation services for elementary students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective support plans
- Conduct observations and consultations to inform educational strategies
- Participate in team meetings, Individualized Education Program (IEP) development, and eligibility determinations
- Maintain documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Offer short-term counseling or intervention support as needed
- Serve as a trusted resource for social-emotional and behavioral guidance across the school
Qualifications:
- Active California School Psychologist license (Required)
- Valid Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential
- Experience working within school settings, ideally elementary
- Strong skills in assessment, report writing, and collaborative problem-solving
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
This is a full-time position with 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, September through June—perfect for individuals passionate about making a lasting difference during the school year.
