Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments via telehealth platforms to identify students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide telehealth counseling and intervention services to students to support academic and social-emotional development.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of assessments, reports, and progress notes in compliance with school policies and legal requirements.
- Participate in meetings and professional development focused on remote psychological service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Valid licensure as a school psychologist in the state of Alabama.
- Experience conducting psychological assessments and delivering services through telehealth.
- Knowledge of educational psychology, special education laws, and IEP processes.
