A school psychologist position is available to provide comprehensive psychological services primarily through telehealth, with a hybrid work option. The role supports high school, middle school, and alternative education programs, focusing on assessments, interventions, and consultation for diverse student needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychological evaluations and assessments to identify student strengths and needs
- Providing counseling and intervention services to support student mental health and academic success
- Collaborating with educators and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement behavioral strategies
- Utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver services effectively and maintain documentation in compliance with regulations
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and offering expertise on student development and well-being
Desired qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid school psychologist certification or licensure as required
- Experience working with high school, middle school, and alternative education populations
- Proficiency in telehealth service delivery and digital documentation systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
