A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist specializing in telehealth services within an educational setting. This role supports students by providing remote psychological assessments, consultations, and interventions, ensuring accessibility to mental health resources through virtual platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments via telehealth.
- Provide consultation and support to educators, parents, and students concerning behavioral and emotional needs.
- Develop individualized education program (IEP) recommendations based on assessment findings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student welfare and academic success.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all services provided.
- Stay current on best practices in telepsychology and educational psychology.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Valid licensure or certification to practice as a School Psychologist.
- Experience delivering services through telehealth platforms.
- Strong knowledge of educational laws, regulations, and special education processes.
- Excellent communication skills and technological proficiency.
- Ability to engage effectively with students, families, and school personnel remotely.
