Qualifications:
- Master’s or specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- State certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
- Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
- Familiarity with implementing evidence-based interventions, including behavioral and academic supports
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, families, and staff

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group assessments to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Develop and deliver culturally-appropriate interventions and supports
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, providing expertise on student needs and progress
- Offer consultation, coaching, and crisis interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
