Qualifications & Experience:
- Current certification and state licensure (or in process) as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with K-12 populations; rural or small-district experience is a plus
- Strong skills in psychological assessment, report writing, and individualized student support
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in crisis intervention, behavioral planning, and data-driven decision making
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments and re-evaluations
- Develop and support implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Consult with educators and families to promote student social-emotional and academic success
- Provide intervention and counseling services to students as needed
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated, supportive staff within a single-site rural school environment
- Participate in student support meetings and district-wide initiatives
