Qualifications & Experience:
- Active, valid Michigan School Psychologist license (must be included in submittal)
- Master’s degree in School Psychology from an accredited college or university
- Experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to upholding ethical practice standards in school psychology
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to dynamic school environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students’ cognitive, social, and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in concert with teachers and support staff
- Deliver direct and consultative services to students, staff, and families
- Provide crisis intervention and behavior management strategies as needed
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support plans
- Support teachers and school leaders with recommendations for student success and well-being
