School Psychologist | Williamstown, Massachusetts

Key Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid School Psychologist certification or eligibility
- Experience with K-12 student populations, with the ability to tailor approach to various grade levels
- Strong assessment, counseling, and report-writing skills
- Ability to function both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Previous experience providing services virtually (VOCO) is a plus, but not required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and interpret testing data to help formulate educational recommendations
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and review IEPs
- Provide direct counseling and intervention strategies to students
- Participate in student support and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Offer crisis intervention and advocate for student wellbeing
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
