Qualifications:
- Valid and current license as a school psychologist
- Previous professional experience within educational settings, preferably with secondary (middle school) students
- Strong knowledge of evaluation procedures, testing, data interpretation, and ARD processes
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
- Adaptable, organized, and able to manage fluctuating caseloads
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive student psychological evaluations as needed (PRN)
- Participate actively in Admissions, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings
- Provide targeted, minimal counseling sessions as required
- Interpret assessment data and communicate findings to staff and families
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and support staff to develop programming and intervention strategies
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and reports in accordance with district guidelines
