Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Colorado School Psychologist License (must be current and recognized by CDE)
- Previous experience working as a school psychologist, especially in K-12 settings
- Strong assessment, counseling, and report-writing skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple reevaluations efficiently
- Capacity to function independently and as a trusted member of an interdisciplinary team
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students across multiple schools (caseload varies depending on position)
- For in-person/hybrid roles: Conduct approximately 45 student reevaluations each year and deliver direct student services as needed
- For VOCO (remote) roles: Provide about 70 student reevaluations annually and collaborate virtually with school staff
- Interpret assessment results and develop strategies to foster student growth and wellbeing
- Consult with educators, administrators, and families to design and implement effective interventions
- Maintain clear, compliant, and well-documented reports
