School Psychologist in Windsor, CO

This contract role offers both in-person (with potential hybrid) and fully remote opportunities, with start dates as soon as possible and extending into 2027. Professionals will engage with diverse student populations, contributing their expertise across multiple schools.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Colorado School Psychologist License issued by the Colorado Department of Education
- Experience with student assessments and reevaluations; comfortable managing a caseload of up to 70 reevaluations annually (VOCO role) or 45 reevaluations annually with additional direct services (in-person/hybrid role)
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention planning skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
- Adaptability to remote technology platforms and virtual assessment tools (for VOCO position)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive psychological evaluations and reevaluations for students, adhering to school and state guidelines
- For the in-person/hybrid position: deliver direct student services and interventions, attend meetings, and provide consultation to staff and families
- For the remote (VOCO) role: conduct virtual assessments and case management across multiple schools
- Coordinate with other educational professionals to support individualized student learning plans
- Maintain accurate records, document progress, and communicate assessment findings effectively
