Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Michigan SLP license (or eligibility)
- Experience working with school-aged populations (K–12)
- Ability to work onsite full-time (40 hours/week)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
- Support students’ academic and social success
