Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This is a contract position within a school setting, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students with behavioral and developmental needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Support students in achieving individualized goals related to behavior and social skills

Collect and record data on student progress

Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure student success

Maintain a positive and structured learning environment
Qualifications:
-
Current RBT certification through the BACB
-
Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Ability to follow behavior plans and adapt to student needs
