Registered Behavior Technician ASAP

Location: Westminster, CO
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
Pay: $25–$30/hour

ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in Westminster, Colorado to hire a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with behavioral and developmental needs in a school-based setting.

This is a great opportunity for an RBT who enjoys working directly with students, implementing behavior strategies, and collaborating with educators and support teams to help students succeed.

Position Overview

The RBT will provide direct behavioral support services to students while implementing individualized behavior plans and interventions developed by the supervising team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting students with autism and other behavioral needs in educational or therapeutic environments.

Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support to students
Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and behavior strategies
Collect and document behavioral data accurately
Support students with social, emotional, communication, and behavioral goals
Assist students in developing coping skills, independence, and positive behaviors
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, behavior teams, and related service providers
Provide consistent support in classroom and school environments
Promote a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment
Qualifications
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred
Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies preferred
Strong communication, patience, and collaboration skills
School-based or pediatric behavioral experience preferred
