Desired Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification and relevant state licensure
- Experience conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and supporting early childhood populations (birth to 5 years old)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with staff, families, and community providers
- Ability to perform comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret results
- Knowledge of early intervention and school-based support strategies
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform developmental, behavioral, and academic assessments for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children
- Consult with teachers, administrators, service providers, and families on strategies to promote optimal learning environments
- Develop, implement, and review individualized education programs (IEPs) and intervention plans
- Provide crisis response and support, as well as participate in multidisciplinary teams
- Document all services and maintain compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
