Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid certification as a School Psychologist or School Social Worker
- Demonstrated experience creating and implementing behavioral intervention plans
- Strong background in supporting staff in classroom and non-classroom behavioral management
- Familiarity with pre-referral, evaluative, and consultative services in school settings
- Effective communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Passion for supporting elementary-aged students with varied needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans for elementary students
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to provide guidance on behavioral challenges
- Participate in pre-referral processes and conduct evaluations as needed
- Provide consultations and recommendations for supporting positive behaviors across settings
