Primary responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret testing results
- Develop and implement appropriate IEPs in collaboration with special education teams
- Provide individual and group counseling to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to develop strategies for student support
- Deliver crisis intervention and assist in developing plans for student safety and success
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with district and legal requirements
