Qualifications:
- Valid and active Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) School Psychologist License
- Proven experience as a school psychologist, preferably within early learning or elementary settings
- Strong background in student assessments, report writing, and supporting MTSS initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school climate
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ strengths and support needs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators regarding student intervention strategies
- Actively participate in MTSS meetings and provide recommendations for tailored student support plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP/504 plan meetings as needed
- Support the overall mental health and well-being of students through evidence-based practices
