What you bring:
- State certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligible for credentialing)
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
- Experience or strong interest in working within K-12 settings
- Familiarity with best practices in assessment, MTSS, and IEP development
- Collaborative, compassionate, and adaptable communication style
- Ability to maintain detailed records and adhere to all confidentiality and compliance standards
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group assessments to evaluate students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Interpret assessment results and provide recommendations in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of IEPs and behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention as appropriate
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to create supportive learning environments
- Participate in professional development to remain current with educational psychology best practices
