Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs, including cognitive, academic, social, emotional, and behavioral factors
- Interpret evaluation results and communicate findings to staff and families
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in the design and implementation of IEPs and 504 plans
- Provide direct counseling services to students individually and in groups
- Offer consultation and professional development to teachers and parents on intervention strategies
- Assist with crisis intervention and the development of positive behavior plans
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records
