What You’ll Bring:
- Valid Colorado School Psychologist license recognized by the Colorado Department of Education
- Experience working in school settings or with K-12 populations
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
- Comfortable working independently and managing caseload responsibilities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- For the remote (VOCO) position: Conduct virtual student assessments and manage approximately 70 reevaluations per year across multiple schools
- For the in-person/hybrid role: Handle about 45 reevaluations annually and deliver direct student services, including counseling and interventions
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance standards for all evaluations and services provided
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Communicate assessment results and make recommendations to support educational and emotional development
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive school climate by participating in staff meetings and professional development
