In this position, you’ll primarily deliver counseling services—working with small groups and individuals—while also providing comprehensive school support. From assessing student needs to collaborating with multidisciplinary staff, your expertise will help foster a positive learning environment and promote student well-being.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current certification or license as a School Psychologist in Vermont
- Background working with elementary-aged students
- Experience in counseling, small-group facilitation, and 1:1 student support
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- An ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of multiple school sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and small-group counseling sessions
- Support students’ social, emotional, and academic growth
- Develop and implement intervention plans
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators regarding student needs
- Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to support overall school success
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes as required
