Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience providing counseling to children in school settings
- Ability to work with pre-K through 6th grade populations
- Proficiency in conducting small group and individual counseling sessions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable traveling between two locations
- Previous contract or travel position experience is a plus, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one and small group counseling for social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Support overall school climate through consultation and collaboration with staff
- Assist with crisis intervention and schoolwide initiatives as needed
- Participate in student support teams and contribute to individualized service plans
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and provide reports as necessary
