Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current and valid School Psychologist license
- Recent experience working as a School Psychologist in an educational setting
- Background in pediatric assessment, intervention, and consultation
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced, school-based environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments, evaluate student needs, and create individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and support services to students with a range of social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams on intervention strategies and student progress
- Deliver crisis intervention and consultation as needed, supporting the well-being of the entire school community
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
