- Skilled in interpreting assessment data and composing thorough evaluation reports.
- Knowledge of special education eligibility and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with school teams and families.
- Strong time-management and organization to uphold strict evaluation timelines.
- Licensed as NASP-certified or LSSP from the Louisiana State Board of Examiners and Psychologists.
- Must successfully complete a district background check/fingerprinting.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as a valued member of a multidisciplinary team performing educational assessments.
- Write timely, comprehensive reports and provide referral services.
- Engage with students and families using best educational practices.
- Partner with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop effective interventions.
