This full-time, onsite contract position for the 2025–2026 school year offers the chance to work closely with students, educators, and families near Seattle, WA. Qualifications
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology
- Valid Washington State ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification
- Experience working with elementary students welcomed
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
- Eager to work onsite and provide direct student support
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
- Participate in special education eligibility determinations
- Collaborate on student support plans with teachers and families
- Attend and contribute to IEP and intervention planning sessions
- Deliver behavior and academic consultation within MTSS/RTI frameworks
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation
- Offer direct counseling for students as needed
