Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Connecticut Educator Certification in School Psychology
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Confident in working with varied caseloads and comfortable supporting students at any grade level—elementary through high school
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to connect with students and families from diverse backgrounds
- Experience with psychoeducational assessments, behavioral interventions, and student support plans is highly desirable
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive psychological services including assessment, counseling, and intervention to support student success
- Consult and collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective strategies for student growth
- Support students’ social and emotional development in alignment with school goals
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
