Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid CT Educator Certificate specific for School Psychologists
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (bilingual required)
- Experience in psychoeducational assessments, counseling, and consultation
- Comfort working with varied grade levels and flexible caseloads
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a full range of school psychological services, including assessment, intervention, and counseling
- Consult with parents, teachers, and administrators regarding individualized plans and interventions
- Help develop and monitor IEPs, participate in eligibility determinations, and facilitate crisis intervention when needed
- Foster inclusive environments that support diverse learners and family engagement
