School Psychologist | Burlington, Connecticut

Qualifications:
- Valid CT Educator Certification required
- Master’s or Specialist-Level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Knowledge of psychological assessments, special education processes, and individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication, consultation, and advocacy skills
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to support academic, social, and emotional growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with staff and families
- Provide individual and group counseling as needed
- Deliver crisis intervention and connect students with appropriate resources
- Consult with teachers and administrators to develop positive behavior interventions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation consistent with school and district standards
