You’ll be supporting students through evaluations, direct intervention, and collaborative consultation as part of a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active and valid state-issued School Psychologist credential or license
- Background in school-based psychological services and multi-tiered interventions
- Experience conducting student assessments, progress monitoring, and developing intervention plans
- Strong collaboration and consultation skills with teachers, parents, and other school personnel
- Commitment to cultural competence and educational equity
- Ability to maintain comprehensive records and handle confidential information with care
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform psychological/educational evaluations for assigned students
- Provide direct support, including counseling and behavior interventions
- Collaborate as an MTSS consultant to recommend supports and interventions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Communicate assessment results and recommendations with families and staff
- Engage in ongoing professional learning and contribute to a supportive, inclusive school environment
