Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting assessments and interpreting data to develop individualized education and intervention plans
- Providing direct and indirect services to students, including counseling and crisis intervention
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate student success
- Supporting the implementation of MTSS and consulting with school personnel regarding behavioral and academic interventions
- Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with state and district protocols
