Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
- Valid state license or eligibility for Maryland certification
- Prior experience working with K-12 populations preferred
- Familiarity with IEPs, student assessments, and counseling services
- Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and monitor individualized plans and interventions
- Support crisis management and implement best practices for student wellbeing
- Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings as required
