Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience serving as a School Psychologist in a school setting, preferably at the high school level
- Deep familiarity with MTSS (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support) processes and best practices
- Strong skills in conducting comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with high school students as part of a dedicated team
- Deliver psychological services, including assessments, to identify and remove learning barriers
- Support and help implement MTSS strategies, contributing to data-driven decision making
- Complete both initial and re-evaluations for students, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards
- Provide short-term individual or group counseling as needed
- Consult with staff and parents to develop effective interventions and support plans
