Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- State certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility)
- Ability to conduct comprehensive in-person assessments for students in K-12 settings
- Comfortable participating in IEP meetings and creating student-centered goals
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness to travel between schools as needed to support changing caseloads
- Openness to supporting a dynamic range of student needs and shifting between educational environments
- New graduates encouraged to apply; mentorship may be available
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological assessments, interventions, and consultations for K-12 students
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, supporting team decisions and individualized student planning
- Work collaboratively with educators, administrators, and specialists across multiple school locations
- Develop and implement strategies for academic and behavioral interventions
- Offer guidance and support to staff and families to encourage optimal student development
- Adapt to varying caseload sizes and assignments based on student and school needs
