Key Qualifications:
- Current Vermont School Psychologist Certificate (required)
- Experience supporting K-12 populations in a school setting
- Strong assessment and counseling skills
- Ability to consult with staff and families in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with intervention planning, behavioral supports, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Administer and interpret psychological and academic assessments
- Develop individual and group counseling plans for students
- Consult with educators and staff on effective intervention strategies
- Contribute to IEPs, RTI, and 504 planning and meetings
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff
