Key Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification (appropriate state credentials required)
- Experience and confidence working with Pre-K students is essential
- Previous roles in elementary school settings, ideally Pre-K through 3rd grade
- Strong assessment, consultation, intervention, and reporting skills
- Ability to communicate well with students, teachers, and parents
- Onsite availability—virtual/remote applicants will not be considered
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to help identify students’ needs
- Deliver individual and group counseling services to promote positive mental health
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families on student learning plans
- Develop and monitor interventions for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional challenges
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for appropriate educational supports
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all regulations and ethical standards
