Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology
- Valid Ohio School Psychologist licensure or eligibility
- Experience supporting K-5th grade students preferred
- Familiarity with RETRs and IETRs processes
- Strong understanding of behavioral intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide school psychological services to students in grades K-5
- Manage a full-time caseload split between two elementary schools (2.5 days at each location)
- Conduct and complete RETRs and IETRs
- Support staff and students with behavioral interventions and solutions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to promote student well-being
- Maintain accurate and timely student records and documentation
