Qualifications & Experience:
- Possess a current Illinois School Psychologist license
- Previous experience conducting school-based psychological assessments and evaluations
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
- Collaborative spirit for working with multidisciplinary IEP teams
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage confidential records
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students across a range of ages
- Collaborate with the IEP team to develop and update student plans
- Provide input and recommendations to support academic and social-emotional development
- Maintain meticulous documentation and assessment paperwork, with an opportunity to complete these tasks remotely when approved
- Communicate findings effectively with staff and families, ensuring student needs are placed at the forefront
