Key Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure for Illinois
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Previous experience in K-12 educational settings (preferred but not required)

- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to culturally sensitive and equitable practices
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments to evaluate student needs
- Develop and recommend individualized programs and intervention strategies
- Counsel students individually and in groups to address academic, social, and emotional concerns
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility determinations
- Offer crisis intervention and provide consultative services
- Support positive behavioral strategies and contribute to school-wide initiatives
