Key Qualifications:
- Current and active Oregon School Psychologist license required
- Experience working with K-12 populations across elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Experience conducting evaluations and assessments for students
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of best practices in school psychology and current special education laws
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and assessments to identify academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Provide direct and consultative support to students, teachers, and families
- Develop recommendations and interventions based on assessment results
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise to student planning
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and federal guidelines
- Support a positive and inclusive school climate for all students
