This full-time contract position offers an engaging workweek of 37.5 hours, where you’ll play a vital role in student success across elementary, middle, and high school levels.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid school psychologist license in Oregon
- Certification as a school psychologist
- Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students (K-12)
- Strong knowledge of evaluation tools and assessment protocols in educational settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and collaborate effectively with staff and families
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students across all grade levels
- Interpret assessment results and contribute to eligibility and placement decisions
- Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and collaborate in Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS)
- Offer consultation and recommendations to teachers and families regarding student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Support school staff through presentations, training, and resource sharing
