- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Previous work in K-12 settings is highly preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Administer cognitive, academic, and behavioral assessments to evaluate student needs
- Deliver short-term counseling and social-emotional support as necessary
- Work closely with teachers and parents to develop effective interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer recommendations to support students’ learning plans
- Consult with staff to promote effective classroom management and a positive school culture
- Support crisis intervention and prevention programs as needed
