Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for parents and staff
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct support and counseling for students as needed
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families on student needs
- Maintain timely and accurate records and documentation
- Offer crisis intervention and behavioral support when necessary
