Key Qualifications:

- Ability to efficiently manage a caseload of 40-50 students in one building
- Dedication to cultural competency and student advocacy
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Deliver targeted, data-driven interventions to address students' unique learning and behavioral needs
- Provide consultation and collaboration to teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in team meetings, evaluations, and ongoing professional development
- Support a healthy school climate through prevention, early intervention, and crisis management
This is a full-time contract position beginning August 24, 2026, and continuing through June 7, 2027, with a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours. The assignment is based at a single school location, offering the chance to build lasting relationships with staff and students alike.
