Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Current and valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with K-12 student populations
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, individualized education programs (IEPs), and intervention strategies
- Ability to build rapport with students, faculty, and families
- Excellent communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for students in grades K-12
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in coordination with multi-disciplinary teams
- Provide individual and group counseling for students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to promote student well-being and learning
- Offer crisis intervention and planning as needed within the school setting
- Maintain thorough documentation, reports, and timely communication regarding student progress
- Support faculty with strategies to enhance classroom environments and learning outcomes
Working as an onsite School Psychologist opens the door to meaningful connections with students and colleagues throughout the school year. This role is contract-based and requires presence on campus; remote service options are not available at this time.
