- Solid understanding of RTI, MTSS, and behavioral intervention strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and parents
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Adaptable approach to support students with diverse backgrounds and needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform psychoeducational assessments for students referred for evaluation
- Interpret assessment results and contribute to eligibility determination meetings
- Develop, implement, and track individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Offer direct and indirect counseling services to students as needed
- Serve as a key team member in crisis intervention, behavior support, and consultation services
- Collaborate with school staff to design classroom interventions and supports
- Maintain thorough and prompt student records and documentation in compliance with regulations
