Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations of students.
- Interpret assessment results to determine eligibility for special education services.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop effective interventions and individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide counseling and support services to students facing behavioral, emotional, or academic challenges.
- Lead or participate in multidisciplinary meetings and consult on student progress.
- Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment as needed.
- Advocate for student needs and contribute to a positive school climate.
